When you contact us we collect the details you submit (name, company, email, phone, team size and message). When you use Tranz Inventory, we store the account, product, stock count and device information your organisation enters into the service.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, provide and support the service, secure accounts (per-device sessions, audit logging) and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Data is hosted on Vercel and Neon (Postgres) in the United States and protected by email-and-password authentication, per-device sessions and an audit trail of administrative actions.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
