Terms of service
These terms govern use of Tranz Inventory, provided by TranzDigital. By using the service you agree to them.
Accounts and members
Your organisation is responsible for the members it creates, their devices and the accuracy of the data entered. Each member may be signed in on one device at a time. Access may end on a membership expiry date set by your administrator.
Subscription and payment
Tranz Inventory is licensed per member per month under the plan agreed in your quote. Fees are invoiced as set out in that agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TranzDigital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
